Service Plans Explained

A service plan is simply an agreement between us and you to maintain your security alarm system on a regular basis. This can also include other services, such as live monitoring, interactive alarm control, viewing live and recorded video of your home or even answering your doorbell when you're out!


Our service plans are tailored to your individual needs and the features available will depend on what your security system supports.

Annual Service

We visit the property once a year and carry out an extensive service and check the alarm system is in full working order

Live Monitoring

Live monitoring means your home is always being looked after, not just alarms but faults, fires, emegencies and more - 24 hours a day all year round

Please Note: If you cancel your subscription, the interactive services supplied and managed via our servers will cease to function. This means that on smart systems:

  1. You will lose access to the mobile app and web browser
  2. Your security system will become a bells-only alarm meaning you will no longer receive notifications of alarms or events, A keypad or keyfob would be required to operate your system
  3. You will lose access to all live camera views and access to recorded clips
  4. Home automation will continue with last programmed settings only, no further changes are possible
  5. You will lose access to the online knowledge base and our customer support
